This page explains how to delete data for Café Jam by Synverse (package com.synverse.cafejam). The game has no accounts, no login and no cloud save: your progress is stored only on your device, and we keep no copy on any server.
1. Delete the data on your device
- Android: uninstall the game, or open Settings › Apps › Café Jam › Storage › Clear storage.
- iOS / iPadOS: uninstall the game (touch and hold the icon › Remove App › Delete App).
This permanently removes your progress, café, tips, boosters, settings and your ad consent choice. It cannot be undone.
2. There is no account to delete
Because the game creates no account and sends your progress to no server, there is no account or cloud data for us to delete. Deleting the game from your device deletes everything the game stored.
3. Analytics data
Usage statistics from Google Analytics for Firebase are linked only to a random app-instance ID, not to you or to an account. Uninstalling the game removes that ID from your device (a reinstall gets a new one), and Google deletes the old event data automatically after the retention period (up to 14 months).
4. Purchases
Your purchase history is kept by Google Play or the Apple App Store under your store account and is governed by their policies. After a reinstall, “No Ads” can be restored (iOS: “Restore Purchases” in Settings or the Shop; Android: automatically).
5. Ad data
Data used for ads is controlled by Google. To reset or delete your advertising ID, use your device settings (Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking). You can manage Google ad data at My Ad Center. On iOS, Meta receives ad-measurement data as described in our Privacy Policy; see Meta's Privacy Policy for your options with Meta.
6. Other requests
If you emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or have any other privacy request, write to destek@synversegames.app with the subject “Café Jam – data request”. We answer within 30 days.
