Privacy Policy

Synverse Games (“Synverse”, “we”, “us”) provides Mini Shop: Store Simulator. This policy explains how information is handled in the current version of the game and when you contact us for support.

Information stored on your device

The game stores your shop name, career identifier, progress, settings, inventory, in-game balances, goals and achievements locally on your device so you can continue playing. A career is a local game save, not an online account. You do not need to provide your real name or create an online account.

The current game does not send these saved-game records to Synverse servers. Device or operating-system backup services may back up app data according to your device settings and their own privacy policies.

Analytics, advertising and permissions

Some versions of the game include Google AdMob advertising: optional rewarded ads, gameplay banner ads and native sponsor ads in store menus, and interstitial ads at a completed-day transition. Availability depends on the version, region, privacy choices and ad supply. Earlier versions may have no advertising.

When advertising is available, Google and its advertising providers may process IP address, device and app information, advertising or other identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic information to serve, measure and protect advertising. We do not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions for this feature. See How Google uses information from sites and apps and Google’s Privacy Policy.

We use Google’s User Messaging Platform to present applicable consent and privacy choices before requesting ads. Where required, you can revisit choices in Settings → About → Ad privacy choices. Choosing to watch a rewarded ad is separate from consenting to personalised advertising. We store an age-group choice locally, not a date of birth. Ads are disabled for players who select under 13; the 13–15 group is marked as under the age of consent. The game is intended for ages 13 and above.

On iOS, eligible users may see Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request before advertising starts. Tracking permission is optional and is not required to play. You can change it in iOS Settings. Your privacy choices affect personalized advertising and measurement.

The game does not operate a developer cloud-save or third-party gameplay analytics service. In-game cash and card payments at the kiosk are simulated game mechanics.

Optional purchases

The game offers optional cosmetic sets and virtual game cash through Google Play or Apple’s App Store using Unity In-App Purchasing. Supported versions also offer a permanent, one-time Remove ads purchase. Prices are provided by the store in your storefront’s local currency. The platform handles payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card information.

Product identifiers, transaction identifiers and receipts are processed to verify purchases and restore access. On iOS, verification uses Apple’s StoreKit signed and verified transactions on the device. Android receipts are checked on the device against Google Play’s signature. The current production app does not send receipts to a Synverse purchase-validation server. Verified permanent entitlements and transaction references are stored locally apart from career saves. Permanent purchases can be restored using the same store account; consumed game cash and local career progress are not cloud saves.

Remove ads disables advertising while that entitlement is active. The same daily reward limits apply, but eligible rewards can be claimed without watching videos. Removing ads does not delete information advertising providers already processed; use the privacy choices and provider resources described above.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information. Our email provider processes these communications to deliver and store email.

Sharing and platform services

We do not sell your local career records or support correspondence. Advertising providers may process information for personalised advertising according to your choices; some privacy laws describe this as sharing or targeted advertising. Support correspondence may be handled by our email service provider, or disclosed when required by applicable law. Retention and deletion

Local saves remain on your device until the app’s stored data is removed. On Android, you can remove local saves through the app’s storage settings by clearing its data. This permanently removes local progress. On iOS, deleting the app normally removes its local data; offloading the app preserves it. Uninstalling the Android app also normally removes its local data; backup copies and restoration are controlled by your device or backup provider.

We retain support messages for as long as needed to resolve the request and related follow-up, and for any retention required by law. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us. We cannot remotely access or delete saves stored only on your device.

Children’s privacy

The game does not ask players to submit personal information through gameplay. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to contact support and can remove local game data using your device settings. For questions or requests concerning information you sent to us, including access, correction or deletion, contact the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

This policy page is published on our own website, synversegames.app. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies to this page. Our web hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required.
