Local game data
Your driver nickname, appearance, career progress, game coins, vehicles, customization, achievements, statistics and settings are stored on your device. A real name is not required. The game has no online account registration or developer-operated cloud saves. Synverse does not sell your local profile.
Advertising
The game integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google User Messaging Platform. The current Android and iOS 0.1.4 builds use Google test ads. Ads may appear at menu transitions and as clearly identified native cards in Achievements and Profile Overview; rewarded ads are optional and grant game coins only after completion. Permanent ad removal disables automatic ads; voluntary rewarded ads remain available.
Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and advertising interactions, diagnostic information and device or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, analyze performance and prevent fraud. Applicable identifiers and data depend on platform settings and age/consent treatment. Data is encrypted in transit. The game does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access.
This release applies child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment and a G ad-content rating to all ad requests. It does not request personalized advertising. These SDK settings restrict advertising identifiers and ad targeting for children. Where applicable, Google consent controls are presented, and an Advertising Privacy button is available in the store when required. See Google Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.
In-app purchases
Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit on iOS, integrated through Unity IAP, process optional coin-pack purchases and permanent ad removal. The platform store handles payment details; Synverse does not receive your card number. Product and transaction identifiers, purchase history and a pseudonymous local career identifier are used to verify purchases, prevent duplicate grants and credit the correct career. Purchase receipts and entitlements are stored locally. Payment and fraud-prevention processing is subject to the respective platform's policies. On iOS, Apple-signed StoreKit transactions are verified locally and an App Account Token associates a purchase with the local career.
Coin balances are local progress and may be lost when app data is cleared or the game is removed. Permanent ad removal can be restored using the purchasing Google Play or Apple account. The platform retains transaction records under its own policies and legal obligations.

Platform services
Google Play, Apple App Store and TestFlight process app delivery, test enrollment and technical reports. The game uses Unity; separate Unity Analytics, Unity Ads and cloud diagnostics services are disabled. This does not disable the AdMob or platform-store processing described above. Retention and choices
Clear City Taxi storage in Android Settings, or delete the app on iOS, to remove local careers, settings and purchase records. Device backup settings may separately retain or restore data. Google and Apple service data is governed by their respective retention and privacy controls; clearing local data does not erase platform transaction or advertising records. There is no in-game facility to delete all third-party SDK records. For Google data controls, visit Google Account Data and Privacy.
If you contact support, we use your message to respond and resolve the issue, retaining it only as needed for support or legal obligations. You can request deletion of support correspondence. Parents or guardians may contact us on behalf of a child. Avoid including personal information in driver nicknames.
This website
This page uses no analytics scripts, ads or embedded media. It is published on our own website, synversegames.app; our web hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and server logs, to host and secure the page.
